I got a report from Credit Bureau. It says: "Proportion of Balances to Credit Limits is Too High". Can someone explain to me how Credit Bureau works and how to improve my image.

They know everything about me: list of addresses I lived before; list of companies I worked; list of credit cards I had, including store cards like Zellers, Canadian Tire, Sears, and cancelled credit cards too; my credit limits and current balances.

I am not warrying about my financial situation. If I can borrow, I can repay. I have never let any of my debts go into default. I just have to find a way to let it truly reflect my picture.
