here is some solution that i used. i contacted them several months ago.

Thank you for contacting epost(tm)

if you are using Internet Explorer 6.0 due to security feature upgrades
in Internet Explorer you may have to adjust security in order to add Canadian Tire.

Simply follow these steps to adjust your settings:

1. Click on tool bar
2. Click on the internet options
3. Click on the privacy tab
4. Click on the Edit button
5. In the space provided under the heading Address of Web site type
in www.epost.ca
6. Click the allow button
7. Click the ok button
8. Click the ok button again to complete


We also suggest to follow these steps for Internet Explorer 6 users:

1. Go to Internet Options
2. Select the Privacy Tab
3. Click the Advanced button
4. Select "Override automatic cookie handling" and then check of "
Always allow session cookies"

These steps will not interfere with your custom or default security setting.
