I am writing to remind you that our Summer Annual Meeting (SAM) will
be held on Saturday, August 16 from 11:00am to 4:00pm at the Plymouth
Township Park. The theme of this year's SAM is "Talent Show Picnic." At
this meeting we will also vote on the revised Bylaw (see attached
document).
The registration fees on or before Friday, August 8 2003 are $8 for
adult
and $4 for child. After the deadline of August 8, the registration fees
are
$10 for adult and $6 for child.
I urge you to register early so that we can have a good head count.
Also,
I need volunteers to help out a variety of activities at this SAM.
Please contact me or any of the Executive Committee members for early
registration.
