Actually. there one more things to check, The "Water Level Switch", or "Water Pressure Switch"
All wash machine have a Water Level setting. High, Mid, or Low.
Look for a rubber tube that connected to the bottom of the machine which measures the water Level / Pressure, The other end of the tube is connected to a pressure switch. when water Level / Pressure is reached to the setting, the pressure switch will be closed to start the machine cycle.
How to check the switch?. Select Low Water level setting. Fill the machine with to the top, this will prove any problem of the pressure switch.
