前几天收到地主的 Notice of rent increase。如果我不续签一年的合同，而是一月一月的续，地主是否可以随时涨价？
原条款如下：
Notice of Termination
(C)If no such notice has been delivered by etihter party, then upon the expiration of this Tenancy Agreement, in the absence of a subsequent written tencancy agreement, this Tenancy Agreement shall be deemed to renewed as monthly tenancy by the operation of the Tenant Protection Act and any successor legislation upon the same terms and conditions as are provided herein except:
The Rent payable by the Tennant to the Landlord shall be the rent which the landlord may charge from time to time pursuant to the provisions of the Tenant Protection Act and any succssor legislation;and
