枫下家园 / 美丽家居 / 室外水泥台阶，表面1-2mm的东西是啥？年头长了，有的地方脱落了，没脱落的也容易铲掉。准备全铲掉，重新铺一层，然后刷漆。铺这一层是为了找平吗？啥材料。谢谢

最下面的一层白的是Concrete Bonding Adhesive， 上面再刷一层，Concrete Bonding Adhesive, sand和cements的混合，刷这一层是为了保护台阶并且好看，能坚持5年吧
