On or about date2, a leak was found in unit xxx on the 11th floor with an unknown source of the leak. The 管理处 hired your company (ABC) to troubleshoot and discovered the leak was caused by unit yyy on the 13th floor, which indirectly caused the stain in my unit zzz on the 12th floor as well. Mr whowhowho of 管理处 witnessed and was fully aware of the incident then.

Please cancel your claim to me immediately. I wish you find the right party to invoice for your service.

事情是这样我的房间在12楼，据房客说，11楼浴室天花板漏水了，管理人员带公司上来看了一下，说房客在浴室里挂了个输液袋，开关没关好。而且拍了照片为证抢，照片里有还存有液体的输液袋，墙的油漆起泡了。要她们把袋子取了。结果楼下漏水继续。再带公司把我家墙打开。出乎意料之外，我家并没有水管漏水。于是到13楼把他们查了一下。13楼漏水，从这里我们才接到管理的通知，说13楼漏水，其他事情是房客告诉我们的。那么我们松了一口气，13楼漏水应该找13楼要钱。但是前天我们竟然受到管理转来的账单，要付1000多给这个查漏补墙的公司。我们说13楼漏水为什么要我们付钱呢？管理说12楼，13楼两个地方漏水，证据就是那个输液袋和油漆起的泡。各位房东，你们有什么和管理公司打交道的经来处理这样的事？

其实这事我是帮房客着想。房客认为她那袋子就是漏，也不会弄到楼下去。如果我不帮她，那她照片都被拍了，公司提出的漏水原因是明白说是她的袋子引起的。那我只能要房客付钱了。 -dingziwan(麻石); 2021-10-30 (#14076411@0)
