上面写 The landlord and the tenant agree to renew the lease for a further of twelve months upon the same conditions contained in the Agreement to Lease, 作为上一个Agreement 的Amendment，我们双方签字生效，非常简单。大家觉得我现在如果继续用这个办法可行吗？
