很多立刻就没有了回音，这样就免得我和他一来一回浪费时间。
我也问有几个人准备签约。经常他们只告诉我其他一个人的信用分。我还得追着问。还有一些租客非常傲慢，问信用分，，就说，你放心我们能按时支付你的房租的。然后就要求看房子。连着问了3遍都不回答我。我后来干脆不理他了。他还追着我要看房子。一些基本的问题都不愿意回答，以后这种房客都不会好相处，就干脆连房子都别看了。
最近租房市场非常的好，4年前同样一套小TH需要1.5个月才租出去的，这次才2-3周就有人给我credit report并且给我看了income proof。我原本出价就不高，结果看到小区里面出来略大的一套要价要高500。他们要还价，我把那套链接给他们一看，他们就不再坚持了。
facebook上出租有一点好处就是，你还没看到人就基本上了解对方是什么哪里的人，因为他们自己会填写在facebook上甚至他们还有家人的照片。通过来回的信息，大致可以事先看出对方人品。我倒是不在乎出租给什么人种，如果他们的基本要求到了，聊天和看房的过程中让我感觉顺眼，舒服，他们给我的文件和自身条件都符合基本要求，收支可以cover房租加上基本生活，我就给。
