PSEXEC usage in Windows XP Professional workgroup environment???

I got a question here:

2 PCs (named pc1 and pc2) running Windows XP Professional form a peering LAN under the same workgroup. No DC involved.

When I used psexec in one of them pc1 to execute processes remotely on another PC, I got the following error messages:

Either:

Access is denied

Or
Couldn't access pc2:
Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by
the same user, using more
than one user name, are not allowed. Disconnect all
previous connections to the
server or shared resource and try again..

I tried -u -p options also, the same failure.
I have the administrators' passwords for both of them.

How can I setup the Network Access Rights to use PSEXEC under this scenario?

I think the solution may be under "Local Security Settings" consol. I paid particular attention to some items like : -xyz2002(边走边笑); 2003-12-11 {417} (#1511179@0)
(1) Network Access:Sharing and Security Model for local accounts
(2)Network Access:Let Everyone permission apply to anonymous users

I tried so many times to change the value of above options/combinations. Sometimes It works, sometime It doesn't. (By default, the Security Policy takes effect in 600 secs in Windows XP.)

Is there any Windows 2000/NT Admin here that can enlighten me a little bit? Thanks a lot.

都试过。我觉得问题关键还在于group policy方面。刚和一个NT/2000 admin聊过，他觉得缺省设置就可以，不必设，我很怀疑(?)。另外，XP版本很乱，装或不装Service pack之类也许对group policy也有影响，存疑。 -xyz2002(边走边笑); 2003-12-12 (#1511712@0)

i did use it in domain env recently to deploy tighvnc, no problem at all on xp. -redspider(忙啥！歇着吧！); 2003-12-12 {188} (#1511802@0)
all xp sp1 with default setting, no local policy defined, all local users are local admin.
btw, psexec 1.43 is out around october, some bugs fixed.
btw, xp bulit-in firewall, disable it.
