I recommend one hair product. It is easier than the above one, but a little expensive. The brand is Kiehl's.

It is USA product. Very good, many friends use it. I suggest its leave-in conditioner, dry hair conditioner, thick hair shampoo, and facial toner. Many Taiwan stars use it. The small size leave-in condition is $35.
You can use regular shampoo and conditioner, and then use the leavin-in conditioner. It can avoid hair fly, soften hair.
The conditioner is like treatment. Very good. My mom uses it . Its toner is herbal toner for different skins. You can see different flowers inside. Very old product since 1851. You can visit the website to see where it is availble in Canada. (www.kiehls.com). There are two shops in Toronto.

本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛没来TORONTO之前,头发完全的交给理发店发型屋打理,连洗头都不敢在家里洗.头发实在太干,自己洗完吹完,就象个狮子头样,根本没办法出门. 以前家里还专门买了台蒸气焗油机(跟发型屋里的一样),但效果还是不行. 直发基本是半年一拉, 一两月焗油一次. 好在国内便宜, 办张年卡还有折扣.

来了加拿大,这日子就惨了, 还真消费不起! 后来看见店里有卖DEEP-CONDITIONING TREATMENT, 质量比国内的好多了,还有一些专业的TREATMENT产品.

就在上个月,发现JOHN FRIEDA 的"FRIZZ EASE" DEEP TREATMENT不错,用后头发很滑爽. 又经ROLIA一个JJ/MM的点拨, 说喷在头发上帮助吹风时护发的东东叫"LEAVE IN CONDTIONER". 就又去看了看同一系列的产品.

FRIZZ EASE 系列共分五步, 第一步是洗发水,第二步是DEEP TREATMENT(我这一个产品用了很久),第三步是保持你头发的STYLE,有好几种产品可以选,比如保持卷发,我买的是EXTRA STRENGTH. 第四步是LEAVE IN CONDITIONER. 第五步是发胶等最后定型的东东.

对我的头发,最大有三个改变:
1,做完DEEP-CONTIONING TREATMENT后,头发滑爽,手感很好,头发都似乎减少了不少.
2, 吹发时间明显减少.以前要吹干一头头发,最少15-20分钟,吹的时候还要拼命的拉直头发,最后效果还不直:(((( 现在时间减少到5分钟,轻松多了!
3.完成后的效果跟以前在发型屋里出来的差不多,有顺又直又亮!这个直很难得的,一般靠我自己的手艺,用直发夹是达不到的. (当然还没有达到在好的发型师手下的效果) 本人已经十二分的满意了!
BTW,这个效果是在我染发后,大家都知染发很伤头发,这个系列够滋润!

还有整个护发过程很轻松简单,一般是洗澡时做TREATMENT,只用戴个浴帽保下温就可以了,不用特别加热.洗完澡,时间也差不多,冲干净头发,用毛巾擦干.然后用STEP3的EXTRA STRENGTH 的"HAIR SERUM",滴两到三滴在手上,擦散在头发上.再喷第四步的LEAVE-IN CONTIONER. 然后吹干头发.是不是很简单?最后,我再用点STEP5里的CREAM样的东东,叫FLAWLESS FINISHING CREME.帮助平服一些头顶的小头发,还有保护发尾.

我实在是太满意这个系列了,天天跟我一起的朋友也明显感觉到这个改变.所以我要上ROLIA"吼一吼","展示"一下我的快乐>^.^<谢谢更多精彩文章及讨论，请光临枫下论坛 rolia.net

不用客气.都是JOHN FRIEDA的, 每样差不多都9.99-13.99. 洗发水没用过,除了DEEP-CONTIONING TREATMENT用得快点,其它三样至少能用6个月. DRUGMART有卖 -cattree(三只猫猫一棵树); 2003-12-18 (#1520936@0)
