枫下家园 / 医药保健 / 以前的疫苗都是可以防感染的，（流感疫苗不算，从来就没成功过）比如打了MMR疫苗的人，极小可能得麻疹。新冠疫苗刚上市时是声称防感染有效率90%多的。后来被现实打脸，一点都不防感染。现在居然说疫苗不是用来防感染的，真是个罗刹国。
