理工生的理解：冬天水管受冻爆裂是因管内水结冰后膨胀，压力无空间释放才会导致，如果结冰管段短于一定长度如20、30公分，其余部分有流动(空间)，压力是不至于大到爆管的。爆的原因多数是管道有较长一段处于低温之处或短距内有两头堵死情况。

后院的水龙头，密封的很好，一点都不滴水。室内的开关，我相信不是100%能截住水。这两个开关之间的距离大概1米。每年我都在冬季前把室内开关转到stop的位置。考虑到内部开关不是100%截水，是不是没有必要做这件事儿？
