In english version, what you need to do is to put bell sympatico setup CD in your CDROM Drive tray, it will install software automatically. In chinese version, there are some tips for you.
1) Chinese Version Windows 98
Open bell sympatico setup CD to run /english/english/vtruck1.exe, then do it step by step according to its prompt. It's easy.
2) Chinese Version Windows ME/2000
First step :
To update your system's service patch to lastest version. If you have internet right now, update your windows immediately. If you don't have internet right now, Bell sympatico has given you 10 hours dial up internet per month for free. You can use dial up to update your windows to lastest version. The dialup number in Toronto is 416-681-1638. The user name and password are as the same as those of your bell sympatico hispeed.
Second step:
Open bell sympatico setup CD to run /english/english/vtruck1.exe, then do it step by step according to its prompt.
3) Windows XP:
It's easy because you don't need install any software in windows XP.
steps:
a) click menu Start->Control Panel
b) Double click icon: Network Connections to open a new window
c) please find "Create a new connection" at up-left corner of the window, click it to open a wizard
d) click Next->Next-> select second radio button named "Set up my connecyion manually",then click Next-> Select second radio button"Connect using a broadband connection that requires a user name and password.", then click Next->input"Bell Sympatico" in ISP Name, then click Next-> input User name(User ID in your bell sympatico installation guide book) and password, then click Next->please check "Add a shortcut to the connection to my desktop", then click Finsh.
