* A request for "TN" status;
* A copy of the applicant's college degree and employment records which establishes qualification for the prospective job;
* A letter from the alien's prospective U.S.-based employer offering him or her a job in the United States, which is included on the professional job series (NAFTA list);
* A fee of U.S. $50.00.
* Proof of Canadian Citizenship

现有一些问题还不是很清楚:
1 .在"A request for "TN" status" 中, request 应怎样写 ? 有参考文吗?
2.在"A copy of the applicant's college degree and employment records which establishes qualification for the prospective job"中; 国内的学位有效吗? employment records 指的是什么文件?
3."A letter from the alien's prospective U.S.-based employer offering him or her a job in the United States"中, the letter应该包括些什么?
