This is my situation....

xdyun999(NorthEastTiger)
I am working in US and doing job for my employer in Toronto. My employer in Toronto pays me. The company I am working in right now pays checks to my employer in Toronto.
Now I got to drive in Los Angeles so I bought a car in Los Angeles and passed my road test in Califonia, too.

Next month I will drive this car back to Toronto from Los Angeles and will take some pictures for my employer. Because our employer is a graphic design company.

During the time I am working in Los Angeles, I also applied H1 Visa and my H1 visa was approved 2 weeks ago. So this time I want to drive back to Toronto and will drive back to Califonia again as H1 Visa holder, not just a visitor visa.

By the way, I am not a Canadian citizen yet, So I don’t want to leave record so that I will be able to apply Citizenship next January.

If any body knows about this or had such experience before please kindly tell your experience.
