Questions about Canadian citizenship: Am I qualified with the 3 years' residency requirement?

I am working in US and have lived in Canada for 2 years after becoming a PR. My husband is going to work in US too. He is Canadian citizen.

I want to apply Canadian citizenship in future, but I need to live in Canada at least for 3 years. If I am accompanying my Canadian-citizen spouse in US, do they counted those days as my Canadian Residency days?

It troubles me a lot. I have not found any answer from internet. Thank you for your help.

BTW, if I am holding H1B now, can I apply for US green card now. Will it influence my Canadian citizenship application in future? Thanks.
