我和另外一个女孩跟房东签了八个月的约，住之前我跟他说过我找到其他房子的话我会搬， 他说只要我找到人sublet, 就没问题。但是我挑的人必须经过他和那个女孩的同意才行。现在我找到了地方， 但找不到女孩肯sublet(因为我的是起居室). 然后我跟房东说我还是要搬，我宁愿不要订金。最多我提前两个月通知他。但谁知道他不肯，他说我们不存在提前两个月的问题，我唯一的出路就是找到人sublet, 要不然就不用想了。他叫我不要跑掉，说他会无论如何把我找回来追究责任。我真是烦死了，我看了一下lease 里面有一条是这样写的： If it''s the intention of either party to terminate this lease at the end of the leasing term, notice of such intention shall be given in writing by such party to the other party not later than 60 days prior to the end of the term.那是不是说只能住到8个月为止啊？
