Recover IBM ThinkPad

I have a IBM ThinkPad R32 Type 2658. I find it behaves odd:
1. It doesn't allow me to open registry with Regedit.exe
2. It doesn't show any process in the Taskmanager
3. It can detect my USB drive but I can not write anything to the U-Disk.
4. I can not install registry scan software called Hijackthis.
5. It doesn't boot from CDROM which I insert a WinXP installation CD, although the boot sequence is to boot from CD-ROM first.

I guess it is infected by spyware or even worse.

I want to recover it to factory state. But I need a Recovery CD. I am wondering who has the CD. I can buy it from you if the price is reasonable.

      现象1～4都可能是病毒、软件方面的问题，第5点就不应该是病毒的原因了！
      建议先解决了第5个问题，否则你找到啥CD都没有。
