For Credit Card Number, you can use ATM if you have.

If you want your website connect to your bank directly, ask your bank. And It is not cheap I know.

PayPal is easy to use. I am not sure what kind of websites you are working on. In my website, www.yixiu.net, offering online store, I put both PayPal and SSL Credit Card Number Collection functions on them. Because some my clients have real store and ATM which can charge Credit Card in manual. The transaction cost by ATM is almost the same as PayPal.
