                1。我问需要不需要带成绩单的时候，你的回答是“各国有各国的规定”，实际上，我在一个西人的BBS上问到的答案是：北美的学位证书上没有写明专业方向，所以必须带成绩单。

                2。我问以前的拒签记录会不会影响我申请TN的时候，你的回答是“没有答案”。实际上，别人告诉我说，TN是允许申请GC的，所以按照移民倾向拒签的可能性不大。

                  你这两个问题，hululu回答的一点都没错，即使没让你满意，你也犯不着这样。第一个问题，有最好带上。第二个，TN能申请GC，TN也有可能因移民倾向所据。
