I have seen many kids with kawasaki Disease. You can search Kawasaki disease via google.ca, which will give you some general information about it. When a child is diagnosed with Kawasaki Disease, IVIG ( Immune Globulin) will be given, it will take 5 to 12 hrs to finish the infution depends how old the child is. Echo and 12 leads ECG will be done to chech if heart is effected. You will see huge difference after the IVIG, sometimes during the infution. ASA will be started as well. Most of the children will fully recover.

I'm so scared about some kids may suddenly ... even a couple of years after the disease is affected. I don't how to prevent that case.

As I said before, most of the children will fully recover. The child will have all the blood work done before he\she is discharged from the hospital. He or she will be on ASA pills for about 3 months, the cardiology clinic will follow up. No need to worry so much if you did send your kid to SickKids hospital. All the symptoms like fever, sore mouth, swelling hands, red eyes... will disappear soon after IVIG.
