Dispute with Bell Mobility.

本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛Posted is my email conversation with bell mobility. I would like make a statement to Bell Mobilty that all its wrong doings will be posted to the internet, even if they were finally fixed.

Any one knows a popular Canadian web site for posting complains? Thanks.

I would think the dispute had been resolved when a customer support supervisor called me and agreed to compensate me $5.00 to my monthly bill for 12 months. The compensation was offered for free earlier evening (6:00pm-9:00pm) calls with my plan.

But the sales person could not find any note in bell's database, again!?
She said it would be automatically deducted if the supervisor had agreed upon and let me just wait for the bill.

The bill come but nothing reflected to what the supervisor promised except additional $20 on the bill for so called hardware setup charge.

I am wondering how much fun you have got by playing with individual customers like me.

If you do like play, I will play with you legally until I win.

Have fun then, "just watch me".
