I personally feel this school is very diversed from both students and teachers race perspective and it is a great advantage to the kid.
Toronto now is such a divesed city, and the whole world is a growing global villege. The more kid experiences now, the less shock will be for them later on.
My kid plays freely with all the natinality: chinese, native torontonian, Indian, Pakistanian, Romanian, Hong Kongnese, Middle east kids, Korean... it is a little united nation there.
He tastes different food, he sees every one the same, there is no color difference in his little mind.. isn't it great?
I personally think so very much.
For the accent, although some teacher have accent, but my kid does not.
We as parents have accent too. do you have concern on those?
I think what I try to say is, take it easy, and things will be together all by themselves.
