好的惩罚措施有三个标准：
1）it's doable and you are willing to do it (don't say something like "I won't let you play with other kids again if ...", you know it's impossible to implement it)
2) it's meaningful to your kids ( for example, "you won't have TV tonight". "you wont have ice cream tonight)
3) It's a punishment only to your kid instead of yourself. Don't spend hours watching your kids to finish their homework, which is really a punishment to yourself. Tell them that they have to finish it by themselves otherwise they can't go to the park for 2 days.
