Hi,

I am going to land in Canada and leave for another Country in two weeks, then come back to Canada again after one year. So during that period I will not have address in Canada. Please give me some information for the following questions.

1. Is there any problem for me to do so according to the new immigration law?

2. How long will it take to get Social Insurance Number? Is the only way to receive SIN card by mail? Could I pick up it in person in the Human Resource office since I am not going to have an address in Canada?

3. Do I have to apply the health insurance card? Since I do not need this insurance during this year, could I apply it after I come back to Canada one year later?

4. Do I need a bank account for PR status?
