Although we live in Markham, quite close your home. I think Buttonville one should be OK. They accepts kids up to 12 years old. You don't have to worry about before/after school. My older son went to Coledale. The school daycare is prety small only accepts kids to 5 yearsold, and the before after school is only one room and has to share with the school. I don't like it but no choice.
My litte one's day care is good. They have their own building, and they have big space to play. Sleeping area, Gym are at basement, not in the classroom. Every classroom has access to backyard. I think it is important to have place to play at Winter. By the way, the daycare is under a Church, most of the teachers are Sisters. They live in daycare and they do like kids. Usually daycare will charge late fee, but they usually won't.
