Need help! About Sympatico USB modem installation problem in Windows 98 Chinese Version and Windows 2000 advanced server (Version 5.0 build 2195), repors are in the following text.

My computer has two systems. One is Windows 98 Chinese Version, and another is Windows 2000 advanced server (Version 5.0 build 2195). But when I installed Sympatico USB modem, they all met problems within the software setup.

First is Win98 Chinese version.
In the beginning, it reported language error. I had no way, so tried to use the file named VTruck.exe under the folder Sympatico/English/English. Setup could go on. In the dialing step, it reported no tray, and I guessed some problems in hardware setting. I tried a lot of time, but all failed.

Following is Win 2000 advanced server.
Installing went smoothly first, and I could see network icon flashing in the right bottom side. But it reported DNS error, and it could find net station address as www.sympatico.ca, www.yahoo.ca.

How can I do?
