According to what you told me, it is difficult to say if you have the chance to succeed in applying, becasue the university would consider your all aspects, including your GMAT, TOEFL, univesity scores, your essays and working expereince and so on. Every aspects would weigh a lot in your appliction.
But you have one weak point from your statement, your average score in the university, As required by them, the minimum is 85 points. So it is a tough one. During my appliction, i met a lot of trouble due to my university score, moreover becasue of this weaknees they interviewed me to make sure if i am qualified.
