USA is trying to restrict visitors thru new VISA policies.

To put it simply,
For B1/B2 Visa entry, default admission period is 30days instead of 6 months.
No more status change from visitor to students, unless it can be justified upon entry.
For those who want to go the USA as a final destiny, the biggest problem is you wont be able to have your parents to live with you as visitors for more than 1 month in most cases.
For those frequent visitors to USA, you are likely to have to file a new I-94 each time . Well, have fun with that.
