Concord Idea is one of our client, yes they business is focus on computer memories, most of their products sold to US market. their boss is chinese from HK. because of Micron and Hynis is negotiating for the business merging, market prices for memory chip have been increased more than double in the last two months, all the memory factory need more manpower to increase their production, but after a few months, you never know! but if you take the job in this company, you will be benefited for 1) canadian experience, 2)English skills, 3)income. but waste your time

          conflict will always be there, it comes from cultural backgroud, habbits, personalities, character etc. you can't tell what is right and what is wrong sometime, you shall learn very quick in the new environment for how to survive then learn how to improve it.

          in fact, i am chinese from mainland, i have dealed with lots of all kinds of customers, chinese customers are one of the most dificult. no matter he/she is from HK, TW or mainland
