本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛1。我收到的申请表格中有2份Immigration application form-Family(Application for permanent residence in Canada),其中一份是空白的，一份上面已经有我儿子的名字，生日和Office file number了，是怎么回事？是不是空白的那一份是寄错了？
2.选项只有 I am "the principal aplicant " 和 " A dependant aged 18years or older" 两项，请问我儿子是不是应该是principal applicant?
3.整个表格有几个签字的地方，我儿子恐怕没有这个能力，所以都空着了，对把。
4。请问表格填好了，是寄回中国，让国内的人寄到大使馆去么？我自己寄行不行？
5。请问申请过程中没有护照可以么？什么时候需要护照啊？
6。0008e申请表中，part C 的第3项我不是很清楚，不知道怎么填.拷贝如下：
I understand that the Canadian Government will contact any government authority, including police, judicial and state authorities in all countries in which I have
resided, to seek the release to the Canadian Government authorities of all records and information that they may possess on my behalf concerning any
investigations, arrests, charges, trials, convictions and sentences. I understand that this information will be used to assist in evaluating my suitability for
admission to Canada or remaining in Canada, pursuant to Canadian immigration legislation.
I also authorize the release of information from my Immigration records to: (check one or more)
(Name of individual)
The individual named hereinafter:
My sponsor
My representative in Canada (if any)
7。好像我们申请儿子团聚的不需要填那个Spouse Questionnaire,就填"NOT APPLICATABLE"吧。
