Application Procedure
If your educational background is Ontario secondary school you will use either the OUAC 101 application OR the OUAC 105 application.
OUAC 101 Application - You should use this application if you:
* are taking courses during the day in an Ontario secondary school;
* have received, or expect to receive the OSSD with six Grade 12 U or M courses by the end of the current school year; and,
* have not completed a year or more of university studies.
The application process begins in the autumn. Your school will provide detailed instructions on completing either the on-line or paper copy of the form. Depending on your background or on the program(s) you have applied to, you may be required to provide proof of English facility, academic records and/or to complete a supplementary form. All documentation (marks, previous academic records, English facility test results and any other requested information) must be received in our office by April 1. If you are required to present any non-academic information (profile forms, letters of reference etc.) further details will be sent to you at the time of your application. Your school will send your grade 11 and 12 results to us through OUAC. Please make sure that your current school has all of your marks including those for summer/night/correspondence courses. We are unable to consider results unless they are submitted to us through the Application Centre.
Admission decisions will be made by late May. Depending on the faculty, program of study and campus, and the applicant’s academic record, conditional offers of admission will be made based on final Grade 11 U/M and interim or final Grade 12 U/M results. We will review conditional offers in August once final grades are received from OUAC.
101 Application Procedures / Deadlines
OUAC 105 Application - You should use this application if you:
* are not taking Ontario secondary school courses during the day
* will not have completed six Grade 12 U or M courses by the end of the school year
* do not expect to receive the OSSD by the end of the school year
* have completed a year or more of university studies
If any of these apply to you please see application procedures and deadlines for the 105 application.更多精彩文章及讨论,请光临枫下论坛 rolia.net
