请教：2008 5月买的 Sony LCD 46" , 2009 6 月开机后屏幕出现双影， 大约二十分钟后恢复正常。我打电话给Sony, 他们派人来查说是屏幕坏了，他们将换一个屏幕给我（under wattanty no charge), the servicemen come and bring me a 旧的屏幕 (look like 5-10years old)。when i ask him why it is a old one, the servicement said if you are unhappy with it, i wont install it. I said how about if i call for a new one, he said that is not useful they wont change。我担心如果这次我拒绝安装旧屏幕，他们会为我换新的吗？他们会免费为我换吗(one year warrenty is over)？Is somebady have same experence？
