I have studied a e-commerce diploma program which is more business management focused. So, i want to strengthen some technical skill. Can any friend tell me whether it is helpful in the future 3-5 years if I study a 1-year intensive Network Support Technician program in Montreal?

In my mind, with e-commerce background, and then if i can really grasp technology of network supporting/administration, I should be able to do sth in related field. But still, i am not sure about the big picture of this industry. So, I would like to hear more opinion from friends. Wish we could communicate about this topic!
