I, GGG CCC, co-signed by my wife, BBBBBBB ZZ, am inviting my mother to visit my family in Canada.

My mother, TTTCCCC HH, born on October 20, 1936, is living at 21-5-401 Womuqindejia, Moutiaojiedao, Mougequ District, Beijing, People’s Republic of China. Her home phone number is 86-10-####-####. She does not have access to a fax machine.

She plans to come to Canada in June and to stay with us for three month before the weather gets cold. I and my wife will pay for all expenses she may incur when she is in Canada, such as flight fares, accommodation and food cost, medical expenses and so on.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at myemail@myisp.com.

It is appreciated if you could issue a single entry visa for my mom.
