有些人说话喜欢笑里藏刀，言语带刺。他们说的很多时候是真理。真理没问题，问题是怎么说。如果说的方式让人接受，大部分人其实都愿意聆听真理。

如果你当对方有错在先，没人愿意听你教训。如果你对人不对事，没人愿意听你攻击。如果你高高在上，不拿对方平等对待，没人会听得进你说的，哪怕你说的都是真话。

如果你希望在困难或者令人不舒服的情况下让人听得进你的话，你的话一定得发自肺腑。要学习怎么将心比心，和言悦色地表达。只有这样，你说的真话才能被聆听和接受。
