if other applicant(refers to my mom) had passed the ME and wanted to come to Canada ahead of my dad, we can let them know by email. My questions are:
1. Does this mean they can issue my mom’s immigrant visa first? If we told them that my mom wanted to come to Canada first, will they issue an immigrant visa or a visitor’s visa(my mom didn’t apply for visitor’s visa so far).
2. What possibly will happen for my dad’s X-ray futher exam? My father is a smoker but generally healthy. What the embassy wants to get from the second exam?

      • 这个其实无所谓的,签证跟登陆纸是分开的,签证在护照上,有签证就可以进加拿大了,过海关.新移民是拿登陆纸再去移民局办公室办理登陆手续,这时候才需要主申请先登陆. -elephantsong(双修大笨象); 2012-3-19 (#7365697@0)

    • 我觉得吧,1,应该是移民,这种情况不多,大家都没经验,既然给你妈发签证,那就是他们认为你爸也不是大问题,可能看不清楚,再照一次.2,你爸再照还是看不清,接下来可能就是CT或者痰培养.你也不用担心,就是多花点钱,时间. -elephantsong(双修大笨象); 2012-3-19 (#7365669@0)
