The car has had a full rebuild done on the engine, including a new timing belt, radiator service, new fuel filter, new O2 sensor, power steering service, manual transmission service, brake system overhaul, brand new clutch and resurfaced flywheel, new piston rings and internal overhaul, new water pump, new ignition rotor, new wheel bearing, new PCV valve and new CV joints and shafts. All major work was performed at either Unlimited Performance or the local GM dealership. Receipts are available to the buyer.

Shortly after acquiring the car, I also had a custom full power sunroof professionally installed by Dominion Auto Glass, which cost $1000 CDN, with a lifetime warranty.
Just when the last winter came to a close here in Calgary, a hairline crack started creeping across the front windshield, so it was replaced with a brand new one.
2 months ago, the tires were also replaced at Blaskin & Lane with brand new Sigma Supreme all season tires. The tires have an 80 000km warranty on them and have a very good track record. Also a 4-wheel alignment was done.
1 month ago a brand new battery was installed, with plenty of cold cranking amps for the -40 degree Calgary winters.
Since the engine rebuild and major overhaul, about 25 000km have been driven on the car, and a recent complete inspection on the car showed everything in perfect working order. The actual odometer shows 174 400km on the body of the car. The car does NOT leak oil or ANY other type of fluid. This car has always been garage kept, and it has always been hand-waxed. It has average “parking lot dings” that have been touched up with matching teal paint, giving the car a seamless flow of color. The car’s floors and seats have been vacuumed every week, and the interior vinyl hand cleaned. It has also never been smoked in.
