when I would print out the Confirmation Letter, DS-156, DS-157... Then, I had to close IE and restarted my computer. Now, I can't find any entry on the web to print the required documents. After I submit my passport number and the reference number, the only action I can take is CANCELLING the appointment.

Does anyone know what I should do under this circumstance? Do I have to cancel the appointment and re-book a new one?
