I once had the same nightmare. "Zhong1 Hua2 Driving School" did just like what you said.

When I made call to arrange test date, they reminded me I had applied for test and cancelled twice. It confused me then. I only learned driving in that school. After, a classmate in Zhong Hua Jia Xiao told me that the school had stolen-used our drive license number. That school also charges the students rental fee in the begining and doesn't return it later when you don't want to rent a car there. They really have a bad demeanor. Their address is "591 Gerrard St. E"(east chinatown). Don't go there. Sorry for I couldn't key in chinese right now.

小弟先在一个驾校学习,参加考试fail了,后找了一个散钟教练,练了一下,他说要帮我排快期,就给了驾照号, 但因小弟太笨,又fail, 现在我又换了一个教练,在这次排快期时显示我不能排,说是因为我有三次排期和cancal的记录,但我自己决对没有做,只有可能是驾校和那散钟教练干的.问他们都不承认,现在我只能本人亲自到考点排期了或等6个月后再用电话排.
现在将经验告诉大家:
1.不要随便将驾照告诉别人,包括一些散钟教练.
2.好多教练都是先用你的驾照派期,再cancel掉, 然后卖给别人快期的,所以你在排快期时会冒别人用你的驾照排期和cancel的风险.(因为一个驾照6月内最多只能cancal三次,一些教练总是很早就找你要驾照,说是帮你排,其实是想用你的驾照去站位置)
3.处在排快期的朋友,建议经常打电话查一下驾照的状态,如发现被排在其他地方,应警惕.电话是416-3258580(最好是晚上,因为这些人大部分在晚上做)
4.一些教练说的排快期,好象很专业,其实也就是用416-3258580这个电话在晚上排的.
将这些经验告诉大家,希望大家不要再碰到我这样的遭遇

One suggestion is that always checking the status of your driving license via phone after telling the lincense No to some bad coach. And then if you find your license is used by others to apply for road test, go to the transportation department and hold that manuallly. That will give those bad coach a lesson and your license will not be used before that date

滑铁卢没有中文驾校，有个英语的，教练虽然比较菜（偶换了个才过的），
但还不敢这样做了。
