本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛2012-5月23号收到cic信说要求父母体检（7月22日之前）及缴纳Right of Prmanent Residence Fee，现在的问题是我父母上月回国处理一些事物，一时半会回不来，不知是否可以让他们在国内体检？如果可以还需哪些步骤？
注：体检材料要求送Ottawa，我父母问了一下北京的体检医院，他们说现在都要求把体检材料送温哥华（我怀疑是前台女士分不清渥太华和温哥华的区别），如果是这样，好像问题不大。请各位指教。

-All other applications for permanent residence have been transferred to the Case Processing Pilot office in Ottawa. Please allow 60 days prior to contacting CPP Ottawa for additional information.
For non-immigrant applications already submitted to the Consulate in Buffalo, please see below:
If you submitted your temporary resident visa application on 30 May or earlier, it will be processed at the Buffalo office. Applications received from 30 May to 7 June may be transferred to another office. Applications received from 8 June onwards will be returned to sender unprocessed. Please be advised that our mailbox in Fort Erie will close on Wednesday, 6 June. Any mail received at the mailbox after that date will be returned to sender.
-Applications for temporary resident visas from applicants in Canada have been transferred to the Case Processing Pilot office in Ottawa. Please allow 30 days prior to contacting CPP Ottawa.
-Applications for Permanent Resident Travel Documents have been transferred to the Consulate General of Canada in New York City. Please allow 30 days prior to contacting New York.
-Applications for study permits or work permits originating east of the Mississippi River (or from Ontario and points east) have been transferred to the Consulate General of Canada in New York City. Please allow 30 days prior to contacting New York.
-Applications for study permits or work permits originating west of the Mississippi River (or from Manitoba and points west) have been transferred to the Consulate General of Canada in Los Angeles. Please allow 30 days prior to contacting Los Angeles.
-Applications for criminal rehabilitation, temporary resident permits and authorizations to return to Canada have been transferred to the Canadian Embassy in Washington, DC, effective June 18, 2012. Please allow at least 30 days prior to contacting Washington.
