Please be advised that as of April 2012 it is now possible to undergo a medical examination in Canada, the United States and all countries in the Americas by presenting your original passport and a copy of our e-mail medical instructions. Please note that paper medical examination forms bearing our seal and the applicant's photo are no longer required if the Designated Medical Practioner (DMP) is located in China, Canada, the United States, or any other country in the Americas.
You may make an appointment at any of the DMPs in both China and the Americas by presenting the same request letter previously sent to you by e-mail.
