北京加拿大大使馆移民医疗处来函要求复检，函中有一段文字：

我的个案是主申请人因为老年痴呆症而没有参加“认字和图画”的检查而被大使馆来函要求复检；我可否按上面的理解回函要求“已经通过体检”的家人“独自先行前往加拿大”？
上面的分析可行吗？有人这么作过吗？
