Just received info from MP office.

· This FC4 application was received 23/10/08

· It was approved 5/3/12

· medical forms were emailed 24/3/12

· background checks are pending

· the current processing time for this type of file is 42 months

Does that mean my parent's case has been "BEI JIN DIAO CHAO"?

My father did ME on Apr 10 in Shanghai, and my mom had the ME on Apr 11 in Vancouver. The notes from MP office doesn't show the ME has been received. Online status still shows AR.
