o carry out our medical instructions at one of our designated medical practitioners, for you and your
dependants – Please present this letter to the doctor as well as your original passport. Upon
completion of the examination you will be provided with proof that you have taken the
examination, you need to return this proof to the embassy with your original passport.
If you are currently not residing in China, Canada or the Americas and will not
undergo the medical examination in China, Canada or the Americas, please advise us
immediately so we can provide you with different instructions.
o ask sponsor to pay Right of Permanent Residence Fee in Canada (RPRF) of CAD $490 per person,
for you and your accompanying spouse (if applicable) if not paid already.

Please complete the copy of the RPRF receipt with the sponsor’s information and send it to Case
Processing Centre Mississauga (CPC-M) by e-mail to CPCM-EXTCOM@cic.gc.ca. Please visit the
