Please note that as of November 1, 2012, the Canadian Embassy Beijing office will require applicants to mail
in a self-addressed waybill each time they submit original passports. This will ensure that passports are
delivered promptly to the correct address, resulting in more accurate and efficient client service.
When you mail your original passport to our office, please also include a self-addressed waybill. We are unable
to continue processing or return documents until a correctly completed self-addressed waybill is submitted.

Waybill Instructions

If residing in China:

Please obtain a blank EMS waybill. An EMS waybill can be obtained from any China Post branch within China.
Applicants must complete the EMS waybill accurately to ensure efficient service from the Canadian Embassy.

If residing outside of China:

Please obtain a blank DHL waybill. A DHL waybill can be obtained from any DHL branch internationally.
Applicants must complete the DHL waybill accurately to ensure efficient service from the Canadian Embassy.
