12月的时候收到使馆的信说我没交登陆费,我也没多想,就交了. 我现在比较纠结这个"refund issued".请问这是被拒了吗? 我问议员,她说是看上去象你多交了钱,他们已经退钱给你了.
护照和体检回执是在7月已经寄出.
请问有谁遇到过我这样的情况吗? 心里有点七上八下啊...
