since there are so many locations, still not sure which to choose. I want to select a visa office in canada but do not know if my parents meet their requirement.
they were here in 2009 and stayed for one year, and they are here now again for about 8 months already. their total stay is more than one year, but not consecutive.
anybody please advise if this situation meets the requirement ---the country in which you are residing, provided that you have been lawfully admitted to that country for at least one (1) year.
