Streams developers work on many different technologies including developer tools for Eclipse, management and monitoring tools, analytic operators for applications, language and compiler, and a large-scale, high performance distributed runtime. This role requires a resource with deep technical design and development expertise with experience in the InfoSphere Streams space. This person should have hands on development experience in C++, SPL and SPSS Models(optional).

      自己找保险，是不容易的一件事，PREMIUM 很高不说，还得很多 PRE-EXISTING 的 SCREEN。

      最好的办法是跟 EMPLOYER 的走，哪怕是自己掏钱。

      既然有 W2，你就是 EMPLOYEE 了。既然是 EMPLOYEE，问问有没有 MEDICAL COVERAGE。如果有，单单不给你，好像有悖 EQUAL EMPLOYMENT。你得问 HR。

        问过大大小小七八间insurance company, 都不提供personal medical insurance, 只有group. 能说一下small business plan 是怎么work的吗？ 需要填w8 or w9 表给government, 还是只要和保险公司大交道？

          1. 算是 SELF INSURE，有大病，就会 CANADA。中间有个问题，就和 ONTARIO HEALTH 需要你是 RESIDENT 才能 COVER。怎么在美国工作，又有 ONTARIO HEALTH ... 你自己想。
          2. 跟 W2 ISSUER 要大概每月 $500 的 MEDICAL REIMBURSEMENT。算是福利的一部分。
          3. 真正的 SELF INSURE，自己小心些。
